1. ABOUT THIS SITE
bullring.trade is a community-developed live auction platform built on the Radix DLT network using pre-authorizations (sub-intents). It is provided for informational, educational, and testing purposes only. Bullring does not operate or maintain the Radix DLT Network, nor does it custody user funds or mediate transactions. All interactions occur directly on-chain using the user's own wallet. Bullring does not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or feature availability.
2. EXPERIMENTAL BETA SOFTWARE
Bullring is currently in BETA. This means the platform is experimental and under active development. Features may change, bugs may occur, and the platform may experience downtime without notice. By using Bullring, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Users are solely responsible for any potential loss, damages, or liability arising from the use of bullring.trade. Bullring will not be held liable for any losses, whether direct or consequential, stemming from the use of the website, including but not limited to: loss of assets in auctions, failed transactions, or platform downtime.
4. THIRD-PARTY INTERACTIONS
Each auction transaction includes a 'Seller' (auction creator) and 'Bidders' (auction participants). Users acknowledge that Bullring and its team are not liable for actions or liabilities of third parties, specifically other auction participants and Radix DLT.
5. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
Users should only engage with bullring.trade using assets they're willing to risk. Users must abide by all relevant local, state, national, and international laws and regulations. This includes, but is not limited to, regulatory requirements and constraints based on the user's jurisdiction.
6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developers of this interface disclaim all liability for any loss or damage (direct or indirect) resulting from the use of the Site or any associated smart contracts.
7. CHANGES TO T&Cs
These Terms may be updated occasionally. Continued use of the Site after updates indicates your acceptance of any revisions. Please review the Terms periodically.
